Acceptance of terms and conditions
Access and use of the website  are accessible at the following address: https://www.skilleo.tech and of the Skilleo application of SPH, a simplified joint stock company with capital of 1,000 euros, registered in tthe Registre du commerce et des sociétés de Paris under the number 889407615, whose registered office is located at 61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, and of the services offered therein, are subject to compliance with the present General Conditions of Use. 

Any access or use of the Skilleo website implies acceptance and compliance with all the terms of these conditions and their unconditional acceptance. They constitute a contract between SPH and the Internet user, a natural person, who accesses the Skilleo’ website, who has previously registered and created an account on the Skilleo site (referred to as “the Customer”).

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period from the date of use of the Skilleo’ website by the Customer. SPH reserves the right to modify the website and the General Terms and Conditions of Use at any time, or to supplement them with new additional contractual terms and conditions, and will inform the Customer in advance.

In the event of an update to the General Terms and Conditions of Use and if you are a Skilleo’s customer, you have thirty (30) days’ notice to inform us of your disagreement, after which time you tacitly accept these terms. In the event that the Customer does not wish to accept all or part of the present terms and conditions, he/she/ they is/are requested to renounce any use of the Skilleo’s website or application at his/her/their own discretion.

Purpose of Skilleo’s website
The Skilleo’s website offers its customers not only a recruitment service, but also many other services related to recruitment and assessment.

Application law and jurisdiction
The official language of these General Terms and Conditions is French. In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency or conflict between this version and the translated version, the French version shall prevail. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the Skilleo website shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.
